Can I just turn up?

No, you would need to pre-book online in advance up to 24 hours prior to visiting. This is due to operating on a limited number capacity and to ensure social distancing measures are met. Please make your booking online, where possible.

Do I have to book?

Yes, to gain entry it is important to book, no admissions without a valid booked ticket

I am a member how do I book?

Please fill in the contact form on the website, on booking a slot, if you are unable to attend you will need to cancel with no less than 24 hours’ notice

What time can I arrive if I book online?

We advise to arrive in the first 30 minutes of the session start time

I am unable to book online?

If you are unable to book online we advise accepting cookies before proceeding or it is because we are fully booked

Are you running SEN Sessions?

At the moment they are postponed, this is a slow phase opening. We will actively review regularly and when safe, reopen them

Can I book a birthday party?

At the moment we have postponed party bookings

I have a voucher that has expired can I use it?

Yes, please email who will get you booked in (availability depending)

How many people are you letting in per session?

We are following government guidelines and have reduced our session capacity following our internal risk assessment

Why have you increased your prices?

As per government guidelines, we have limited the number of people entering and we are unable to hold birthday parties and the price reflects this to be able to remain operational.

What times are your sessions?

9.30am – 11.30am
12.30pm – 2.30pm
3.30pm – 5.30pm

How do I book with a carer?

We advise booking the number of paying visitors, not including the carer. Once booked email requesting the carer to be added to the session.

Do members get priority booking?

We are afraid this would not be possible, however there are no restrictions on the number of days & times you book. However, we MUST stress that your booking slot is used.

What happens to my membership – Annual Pass?

The number of days will be added to the end of your expiry date, if this fell while we were closed we will extend from date of contact. – A total 154 days

Will the membership price go up?

No, the membership price has been frozen

When does my direct debit start?

Collections will resume on 1st September and 15th September depending on collection date

I cancelled my direct debit, how do I reinstate it?

Please email and they will contact you to discuss

Will you be serving food?

Yes, a limited menu and we are now cashless venue

Are you taking part in the Eat out to help out scheme?

Yes we are Monday to Wednesday

Do I need to book for the Eat out to help out?

No booking required


What are you doing in regards to COVID spread? - What extra procedures in place?

We are cleaning before opening, between sessions and at the end of the day
Limiting numbers per session and social distancing measures in place prior to reopening we have undertaken a multitude of assessments with our qualified H&S consultant and have implemented many new measures for the benefit of everyone’s safety. We have put in place more rigorous cleaning throughout the day for all of our facilities.
We have many hand wash facilities throughout the venue and we encourage you to wash your hands regularly.

How are you managing the play-frame?

We are handing out reminders to customers regarding social distancing measures, cleaning and limited capacity

What will be closed inside?

Just our ball pits and enclosed areas – These closures and capacity controls will be clearly displayed.

Is the Jelly Mountain/Volcano open?

Yes for Basildon no for Cambridge

Do I need to go in the frame with my children?

It is recommended to be able to supervisor and monitor. But it also great fun for adults too!

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are to be worn on entry to Partyman World, sitting at your table when not eating and drinking, ordering food & drink from the counter. Please follow UK Government guidelines regarding the appropriate use of face masks.

I have some symptoms of Covid-19 can I still come?

We respectfully request that you do not visit us if you have any symptoms of Covid-19. If you get symptoms when you are on site then please take extra care & swiftly speak to a member of staff who will ensure you and your party get home safely.
