What happens if I have pre-booked a visit?
We will be in contact with all upcoming bookings to arrange an alternative.
I have a voucher, Will this be extended?
Yes, any vouchers will be extended for the duration of the closure.
When will you be back open?
We will be keeping a close eye on government guidelines and will be open as soon as possible.

No, you would need to pre-book online in advance up to 24 hours prior to visiting. This is due to operating on a limited number capacity and to ensure social distancing measures are met. Please make your booking online, where possible.

We are cleaning before opening, between sessions and at the end of the day
Limiting numbers per session and social distancing measures in place prior to reopening we have undertaken a multitude of assessments with our qualified H&S consultant and have implemented many new measures for the benefit of everyone’s safety. We have put in place more rigorous cleaning throughout the day for all of our facilities.
We have many hand wash facilities throughout the venue and we encourage you to wash your hands regularly.
