The Partyman Company Ltd is a UK based company, with a registered office at Marsh Farm, Marsh Farm Road, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, CM3 5WP which operates visitor attractions, childcare facilities and retail businesses. A list of our attractions and businesses that make up the Partyman group are available at (“Partyman Group”).

The entity in the Partyman Group is responsible for collecting information about you and is the Data Controller. There will be a single point of contact for all of the Partyman Group Data Controllers who can be contacted using the details set in section 13 below.

If you are no longer a customer or applicant of The Partyman Company, we will keep your data for the minimum length of time required to comply with the purposes set out in this policy and relevant legal or regulatory obligations. Provided we do not have a legitimate interest to retain your details, you have the right to be forgotten and removed from our marketing material.
